The package cardTypes is implemented in the file optional/cards/cardTypes.js. You can use this package to create a standard set of cards.
If you use this package, you can also include the file optional/cards/cardTypeResources.js. This file defines the internationalized resource texts, which are currently in English and German. If you don't include this file, you will get only English cards.
